Brenda's Creamy Chicken

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 envelope Ranch Dressing seasonings
3/4 cup water or milk
salt and pepper to taste

Soften cream cheese and mix with other ingredients. Add 4 chicken breasts (can be frozen) to crock pot. Pour cream cheese mixture over chicken and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice or pasta. Yum!
